My first order-bronze girl bust statues

August 18, 2014.I meet my first customer .I remember then I am so happy.Maybe you can understand that pleasure like a river through my heart.

Firstly I think my customer is very tough.She has so much questions and said my price why is so high.I think she couldn’t buy the bronze girl bust statue.But finally she gave me this order,Of course I didn’t make money from her.As my first case my boss gave me a support.Then she pay for me 30%Prepayments.Then our factory begin to produce,during production she told me very much requirements.But these requirements she before didn’t told me.And I didn’t write in the contract.But I try my best to help her.Because I think I should give my customer best service.Finally bronze sculpture was finished,but Our factory use more time than in the contract.Then she told me I overdue delivery so she would like to pay for the bronze sculpture less than 70%.Oh my god this is amazing.I couldn’t accept it.The questions is 1):I already send bronze sculpture to the station LianYunGang I need to pay for the station everyday.

  • :The train one month just have 1 or 2 times go to other country,so if she didn’t pay for me in time then she wouldn’t  get bronze girl bust statue in this month.

Then everyday  I  send email to my customer.And explain why I need so long time to produce this bronze girl bust statues.Finally my boss send her a e-mail told my customer if she didn’t pay for bronze girl bust statue we will return it to our factory.We couldn’t wait her so long time.And we received 60% from her.Finally everything is ok.

From now on I will ask all requirements of my customers before sign the contract.If have any other questions I will sign new contract with them.So everything going well.
